About ACS
A Formulation Intelligence Layer
between the resin you buy and the part you ship
ACS does not compete with resin producers or large masterbatch plants. We work in the middle: diagnosing shop-floor problems, designing additive formulations that fit your process, and producing them through selected toll-compounding partners.
Why we own no plant
Large masterbatch plants are built to run standard grades at volume. Their economics depend on keeping lines full, so customers usually receive a formulation that works for everyone rather than one that fits them.
ACS runs an asset-light model. We invest in formulation know-how and analysis, and produce on partner twin-screw lines. That keeps custom formulations practical and MOQs flexible — a useful edge in Thailand's fragmented converter market.
What we don't do
- Claim a large plant or headcount we don't have
- Publish test values without a source — every number comes from principal TDS or actual testing
- Name customers without written consent
- Propose a formulation before we understand your problem and process
